'Yoga Gently'

Easy and gentle classes, suitable for all ages and anyone looking for a gentle hour of nourishment for the body and soul. Yoga is for every body - shape size and ability. Gentle Asana (yoga postures) promote flexibility, a sense of wellbeing and joy. Being aware of the breath in Pranayama (breathing techniques) we develop our own sense of inner calm. Enjoy some time out of the now to be in the moment to restore and relax in the union of mind and body. Yoga is a place to retreat, renew and heal, no matter where you are or the environment to practice, go inside to find a sanctuary that's all your own.

Before arriving at any class, message me first if you are pregnant please.

Tuesdays Yin and Gong 9.45-11am. Static, floor based practice. Challenging or supported, longer held asana encourages a 'work in'. Reflective & meditative class with healing gong during relaxation.

Tuesdays 5-6pm. Restorative Yoga. Supported & healing based nourishing class. Deeply relaxing. Suitable for Fibromyalgia, CFS, arthritis & other inflammatory issues in the tissues.

Thursday mindful Ha-tha Yoga for every body. Gentle & soft healing based Yoga for every ability.
